Content Quality

Requirement Completeness

  • ✅ No [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] markers remain
  • ✅ Requirements are testable and unambiguous
  • ✅ Requirement types are separated (Functional / Non-Functional / Constraints)
  • ✅ IDs are unique across FR-###, NFR-###, C-### and SC-### entries, and match the requirement-ID grammar
  • ✅ All requirement rows include a non-empty Status value
  • ✅ Non-functional requirements include measurable thresholds
  • ✅ Every FR row and success criterion carries a delivery label and no-op mark
  • ✅ Success criteria are measurable
  • ✅ Success criteria are technology-agnostic (no implementation details)

Notes

  • Pass 1. This is a structural (tidy-first) mission, and its subject is code structure. Module and gate names appear because they are the observable deliverable for the maintainer persona, not because they prescribe an implementation; module naming and slicing are left to the plan.
  • "Technology-agnostic success criteria" is read as: measured on observable outcomes (snapshot diff lines, patch-site counts, gate results), not on how the split is built.
