Mission Run: MissionResolver Port (2173 Phase 2)
One canonical MissionResolver port so the mission execution-context builder is FS-free-testable — the enabler that unblocks the #1619 runtime-context root and de-risks the later #2160 degod.
Today every command re-derives which mission it is in via an uncached per-call walk of kitty-specs/ that no unit test can substitute, so the execution-context builder cannot be tested without a real filesystem. This mission introduces one injected MissionResolver seam (real + fake adapters) at the resolution shell, consolidating that single walk and two adjacent infra reads (Clock, InstalledVersion) behind the shipped default-param DI idiom, so downstream missions can build and verify mission context deterministically.
