Mission Run: Owned single-branch lifecycle authority
Thread the validated OwnedCheckout through the remaining single-branch lifecycle commands so owned missions resolve, preflight and commit correctly.
Milestone 11 Slice 2: seven issues (#5874 #5877 #5878 #5880 #5892 #5893 #5947) where owned-checkout single_branch commands fold the invocation root to get_main_repo_root instead of consuming the validated OwnedCheckout fact. Fix = resolve ownership once and carry the validated fact through discovery, path/material selection, preflight and commit routing, mirroring the seam already honoured by review/cycle.py, accept.py and next_cmd.py.
